Re: Ritch Dowrey - 3rdDown in dire condition

Well, the timing could not have been better. We had been planning a visit to practice for Ritch for about a month and chose today as the day. Little did we know it would be Casey's first practice with the Lions. I was there to witness the events, and have compiled a story and a photo album on my sit...

Re: Ritch Dowrey - 3rdDown in dire condition

Hi everyone, I was able to visit Ritch last night and it was an encouraging visit. As earlier reported he is out of his coma, but for the most part still non-responsive. When I arrived Ritch was sleeping. Soon after he woke up and when I started to talk to him, he turned his head and looked at me. I...

Re: Rich Dowrey - 3rdDown in dire condition

UPDATE: I am absolutely thrilled to announce that Ritch came out of his coma this morning! He is still non-responsive, but nurses have said this a great first step. I knew that Bwaaaaaaaanaaaa call would get his heart rate going enough to say enough is enough!

Re: GreyCupGarry

I would like to propsose a button be made and sold in Garry's honour, and that we can get as many people wearing them throughout the season and at Grey Cup as possible next season. Garry wouldn't have it any other way that the money from these buttons go to CFL Fans Fight Cancer. I am willing to chi...

Re: GreyCupGarry

It is with great sadness I receive this news. I am so glad we got to share some time in Montreal this year. Garry was always the happiest guy in the room, and his love for life and sharing it with his CFL friends was infectious. His efforts for CFL Fans Fight Cancer were tireless, and no one cooked ...

1.A THe "Great Satans of the CFL" Edmonton. They are both despised and loathed. :x Most of their fans are OK, but, a few have delusions of extreme arrogance. :x :x 1.B. The Calgary Stampeders ( Has reached the loathed level and almost has reached the "Despised level", But not quite) :x  1.C T...

5 must do things in Montreal.

Okay....getting that Grey Cup twitch again.... This will be my first visit to the city of Montreal, and I have heard NOTHING but great things about it. For those of you that have been, and those of you that live there, what are your top 5 things someone should do in Montreal...restaurants, clubs, ar...
