Like I said... I didn't see this thread right away.. I don't come here very often, and add to that a lot of the CFL sites are better than this one... :tease:

Re: You know what would be cool?

This idea is just not feasible.. no one would have the $$$ to keep this league going, and not enough players to go around... I'm not sure that some cities would spend the money to build stadiums to fit those needs.. its a nice pipe dream though...

Re: Tilman pleads guilty

A different opinion... that rich. Its more like a totally biased opinion based on the hatred for one man. Gerry and Dave, you are beating a dead horse here trying to argue with redwhite2005. I know, because I have argued with him on many other occasions, and no matter what you say, he will not admit...

Re: Leafs now NHL's biggest embarrassment...

Well the prospects for the Leafs doesn't look good.. they don't have a 1st pick in this year OR next year's draft. Unless they make a trade to get a pick.. but usually teams will flip picks at a draft. The only way I see the Leafs getting better is if they make a splash on the FA market on July 1. E...

Leafs now NHL's biggest embarrassment...

.. now that the Blackhawks have won their first Cup in 49 yrs. The Leafs now hold the biggest drought in hockey.. 43 yrs without a Cup.. and finishing out of the playoffs again last season. Brian Burke hasn't changed the team's fortunes around.. and I wonder is MLSE will let him...

Re: Sask/Calgary Game day thread

You will quicly learn, BCRiderfan, that redwhite2005 is a hypocrite. He says for Rider fans and Chick to suck it up, yet they are all over the forums bemoaning the pyramid call on the extra point. If you watch the replay, you can clearly see that the defender climbs on a teammate to get height to bl...

Re: Sask/Calgary Game day thread

I'm saying that rule should be changed.. its only a first down if the yardage on a penalty moves the chains.. the Stamps needed 20+ yds so the 15 yds would not have given Calgary the 1st, especially in a OT game. I see Jay your still using the crying towel from last year but that is okay. He the pa...

Re: Sask/Calgary Game day thread

Well you can cry all you want about the chick call and Chick call it BS but only the Refs opinion counts. That play will be called every time count on it. Build a bridge and get over it! They way the officiating has been this year, its more than likely that it won't be called everytime. The only co...

Re: N0 Kidding!

Players try hard. They bleed and break bones for their team. But when they need a little understanding and a "pick me up" from the "some" so-called fans ... all they get are backstabbing booes born out of "some" fans selfish desire for their own needs to be fulfilled and own self worth to be primed...

Re: Sask/Calgary Game day thread

That's not mention the pyramid call which in all the years I have watch football in any league I have never seen that one called. But that is the way this game went. The chick play needs to be reviewed Chicks helmet hit Hanks! Good game! Rider fans :violin: Typical redwhite BS- how many times have ...

The problem is the only similiarity between the Chiefs and Leafs are the goons.. the skill level of the Leafs won't allow them to become a good team-- at least the Chiefs had some talent..

Re: Leafs march to the Stanley Cup thread

Hmm... 0-5-1... if the habs win 2 or 3 they are in the thick of the playoff race .. its early , but signs point towards the Leafs being the laughing stock of the league-- again. :hmm: Point towards? No, they're there right now. But why so insecure about your own team that you have to focus on anoth...
