Re: Jason Armstead

Lets face it, the guy is washed up. Sadly can't argue with that. His kick-return game was minimal; most times he went backwards hoping a hole will open which didn't. Then in his stint as receiver, he drops a lob-ball in the endzone. They may keep him around for another week for some quality practic...

Re: Honest expansion

How far of a drive... I mean, a realistic time frame to drive from say Kelowna to BC Place? If it can be done in a reasonable time, then I would think that a season ticket holder, or a real keen fan in Kelowna could make a "weekend getaway" by staying one night in Vancouver. We live 100 miles from I...

Re: Marshall Berry gone - was it their fault

I sure can't argue with what you wrote! I figure Taman is the one that should have been dumped and Marshall should have been able to pick his own OC if Berry was not his choice and not getting the job done! In any case, "They got thrown under the bus" and it may be too late to save the year for them...

Re: Touchdown atlantic not sold out yet....why?

We sure aren't going to hear a lot about it here. There is lots of buzz about it out East. Just this week the Ticats sent another bunch of players out for "clinics" and they are getting lots of press. :beauty: I'm told that the seats availvable now are mostly "singles". Besides...check it out yourse...

Jason Armstead is back in Edmonton. He was signed TODAY.

I think he has something to contribute. I look forward to seeing him.

Any thoughts?

Didnt old Ralph Sazio bring in a young Bob O'Billovich.... Hey....next time you hear Obie on the Radio...close your eyes and think Elmer Fudd.... :rotf: Where can I send the bill to clean my compter after "spewing" coffee all over it? I like the trade...it's a win-win. Arland was a great guy...

Re: Ticats release Sandro DeAngelis

Yea, well I liked the guy. Who knows...bad holds...too much preasure close to home...WHO KNOWS??? I wouldn't be surprised...

Re: CFL is minor leagues - lets end this foolishness

Fact: NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA are all considered MAJOR LEAGUES, are they not? So, what do they have in common that the MINOR LEAGUE CFL does not? They are all American based leagues. The concept of "Major League" vs "Minor League" is an American one. Lets keep it that way. Ive always thought it silly to...
