Yeah, good luck with NESN, I don't think they do any after September except the Grey Cup.

TSN Broadband would also cost you around 10 dollars live or 4 dollars after the game is over, in the States.

Something people forget when they talk pure population is how deep a team is ingrained in the psyche of the city, and if it attracts support from other places as well, or enough to make it matter, anyway. Green Bay can draw on the entire state of Wisconsin, and can fill the stadium over again with p...

Some one who is a legal person should mentionthe words "anti-trust" to Mr. Goodell. Of which the NFL was found guilty of, and only the existence of the CFL reduced their damages to 3 dollars. Not entirely true, but the general picture is bang-on. The verdict of 1 dollar in the USFL/NFL Anti-...

Beautiful post, jazzace. Welcome to 13thman. I agree with the aspect of taking it out of the official's hands. It's one less thing for them to handle, and this way, there's that impartial judge that's there. It would help avoid some issues like Bud Steen making up his own rules in the first T...

LRCHC, I think what the rest of us are saying is that we'll take our chances that Glenn will have a good game, rather than take our chances on Dinwiddie. Glenn at least has some sort of track record to go back on, and has beaten Toronto at Rogers before. Sure, he's been disappointing lately, but wha...

I don't see how that would make sense, and while I can see the logic you're using, it is a bit of a stretch too. Glenn has been our starting quarterback all season. It has been a fairly successful season. Why would we go with an untested backup at this stage? I do think Roberts needs to get a few mo...

I can see college schedules taking precedence, depending on contractual agreements. Kickboxing and Discover Wisconsin don't get the same leeway from me. Not. Pleased.

I'm going with "dance with the one that brung ya.'" It's way too early to start playing "Chicken Little."

Yeah. It could either be really really good or really really bad for the Riders.

A home playoff game for the Riders will go one of two ways. 1. They make a big play or two early, and the Stamps (most likely) won't have a chance to come back, and the crowd will be absolutely bonkers the entire game. 2. They give up a big play or two early, and it becomes a funeral procession the ...

I missed most of the Banjo Bowl to this. I was none too pleased. I'm fortunate to have people I can get games I miss (like, oh, the 8 Bombers games on FNF), but I hate to have to do it when it was avoidable.
