Re: Touchdown Atlantic 2

Als vs Bombers would be a sweet one for sure. My wife is a big Als fan (GAG ME). I'm still "rubbing-salt-in-the-wound" from last week's win by my Bombers: 26-25, 26-25, 26-25, 26-25. Heh heh heh heh ! :rotf: Did you send Chip Cox a gift basket for that late PI call that gave your boys an unearned b...

And this is where we get to play spoiler. :tease:

I just hope Calgary has something to play for last week of the season. :cross:

Nothing like playing the Jekyll and Hyde Ticats to get you season back on track. When I think of the wasted game we had vs them, all winnable, it makes me ill. Congrats Bombers on a solid win.

Re: Swaggerville OR Staggerville ???....

Agree also but the play before that, PI should have been called on the Als defender. He was screening Carr and the ball hit him in the back of the head so as Higgins would say... " justice was served " on the bogus PI call the next play. :cowboy: How could you say he was intentionally screening him...

I believe they will do it and ready to bet any douting Thomas. I will need odds, but lets play the wager game!

Re: Touchdown Atlantic 2

Looks like there won't be a Touchdown Alantic 2012, if I saw correctly. They're not blaming it on lousy attendance, but more on the fact that no Eastern team wants to lose a home gate again. Again, short sighted for the health of the entire league IMHO. It should be Montreals turn, they do well eno...

Re: Touchdown Atlantic 2

We still had more bums in the seats than Toronto has been able to muster lately. :hmm:   At least you had something worth watching. The Argos had most of their home games 2nd half thanx to the RC Inspired Schedule and none of those games mean anything other than guys playing for Training...

Re: Swaggerville OR Staggerville ???....

Anyone else think the Als are on the decline this year? Other years when they had an opponent clearly beaten like they did the Bombers they never would have let them back in the game, rather smother them with aggressive defense. Now no win is a sure thing by halftime like it often was back them, hec...

The als can't get the job done over winnipeg so we need 'outside help'. deuvl go Arrrrrrrrrrrrgoooooooos I think the Bombers aggressive D caught them off guard somewhat, having somethin...

Missed ya in Hamilton this year.
I was gonna go but I had registered my car at the Mopar Nationals in Columbus Ohio that weekend for racing and showing so I had to miss the only time I'd want to go to the Hammer this year.

Re: What Has Happened To This Place?

This thread just made me sad. This place used to be a blast and I haven't checked it out in like 6 months. I miss AD, Tigger, D and especially Ritch. Sigh . .. Yeah, guys like you, BBBob, BBBlitz, Wendy, B-17 and a couple of others were good Bomber fans and not headcase nutjobs like who dominate OB.
