Re: BC PLACE: New retractable roof to be confirmed Friday

Canwest Global Park should be at or over 10,000 seats. Winnipeggers like their Goldeyes & I don't think they'd have any trouble putting another 2,500 to 3,000 people into the park if the place had more seats. But Camwest global does outclass Canad Inns. Talk to me if the Goldeyes are a)in exist...

1. Intelligence comes in many forms... unfortunately, there do not seem to be many clients that possess any form of it whatsoever. Having begun full time employment with an internet advertising company, a great deal of the people that buy our ads are the ones stupid enough to send you those great of...

Re: BC PLACE: New retractable roof to be confirmed Friday

The latest Bob Vila came in the form of B.C. Premier Gordon Campbell, who Friday unveiled the province's plans to sink an estimated $150 million to $200 million into sprucing up B.C. Place, including a retractable roof and a new $50 million art gallery. Good for them, eh? Of course, one shudders to...

Think back a decade. Read these numbers. And see if it doesn't give you pause. It's AWESOME to see.

Re: Bombers Sign QB

Don't know why the Winnipeg fans are ragging all over Richie Williams. He did a damn good job last year and looks to have a promising future in this league. :whs: IF Ottawa were in an expansion draft position today, and IF each team were to only be able to protect ONE quarterback, and IF those prot...

You know it's inevitable at some point KG gets injured. Now the question is will Berry stubbornly keep playing him and not let his #2 get any real game time once again, or not?

Cute. Which game did you want him playing in?

Re: Bombers Sign QB

I think we can all agree that one of the main reasons why the Bombers lost the Cup last year was the lack of a 1-2 QB combination. It is just a matter of time throughout the regular season that your starting QB, in this league, will go down with an injury. Very seldom does a CFL QB make it through ...

Re: Bombers Sign QB

I love the idea of having two of Dinwiddie, McCoy and Randall behind Glenn. Like spike said, you don't develop QB's on the bench, a lesson you'd think Bomber fans would learn after last year. Not that i blame Berry for that, the 2007 Bombers won exactly two blowouts and lost one, Dinwiddie played in...

Re: the resurrection of side deals: teams trying to cheat cap?

As far as I'm concerned there's no need to talk about this unless: 1.There is evidence that this is actually happening and,or 2. Not all teams are able to do the same thing. One might argue that the Riders, Esks, and Bombers can't do it because they are community owned, but I'm sure they have ways ...
