Upload the .pdf file to your server, in the example code below the file is uploaded to site root/ pdf_files directory.

In the body of your HTML, choose where you want to insert the .pdf link and insert something like this:

<a href="http://www/.mysite.com/pdf_files/my_pdf.pdf">My 
.pdf file link</a>
Of course the path (url) and filename will be different for you and adjust the text as you desire.

You could also wrap it in a div for positioning (left, center, right)such as this:
