are you ready for Calgary?

Post by greycupgarry » Wed Nov 12, 2008 8:01 am

Who's going?
Anyone with ties to the hotel industry?
Anyone in Calgary arranging a block of rooms for us bandits?

Tickets? How are they being distributed?

Do I need a Cowboy hat?

Do guys in Edmonton visit the Brokeback Mountain site as a side tour?

I'm looking forward to making the trip next year...but right now my focus is on MONTREAL! :yahoo:

I'll bet that Calgary has a parade! :8)

It'll be nice for a very short flight.I'm sure we'll be heading early just in case there's a Western Final the week before. That didn't work out so well last time Calgary had the cup. My focus is Montreal but I'm looking forward to Cowtown for my 25th Grey Cup party.
Calgary surely will have a parade.

Garry, we all know you already have a cowboy hat......and while we're mighty embarrassed about how out of the closet our southern neighbors are, it was good to know that you had a great time with Dave the last time you visited that site.....I mean thanks for thinking of us, I'm sure you would have liked to have given us northern folk a guided tour, but we'll pass......thanks.....not that there's anything wrong with what you're doin' and all....

Maybe?

And cowboy hats are optional.

I'm really excited for Calgary!

It's where I was born before I was forced to move to Ontario at age 6
