Real interesting article, Dave. :beauty:

Looks like poor Count Chocula was doomed from the start. :smackhead:

Oh yeah, one more thing, Dave. Join me in taking off our paper bags. Things can only get better for both our teams next season. I'll buy you a Pumphouse Ale if you come down to Moncton next September !

That is a ton of reading for a Mohn's/Rita team that I won't invest in. Sorry, but the writing has been on the wall with the two NFL castoff grab bagger's.

Duane Forde calls em like he sees em... unlike most of the beat reporters in CFL cities. What I love about his article is he doesn't simply attack and point fingers. He has solid theory to back up what he has to say and he just lays it out on the table. It would be so refreshing if more sports reporters weren't so worried about biting the hand that feeds them. Even worse are those reporters that are so talentless, their stories are nothing more than speculations from unnamed sources and copy taken from other media and reworked as their own. Great job Duane - thank you TSN for hiring this guy!

I love Forde as the best colour guy on TSN CFL ball. This article nails it dead on. He said during the season one of the worst things for the Argos was after winning in 04 thinking that all was well in Argoland. Obviously I was happy with that Grey Cup but I still call it a fluke.

GREAT READ!!!

Yeah, maybe - don't bet the farm on it though; has to start with punting those 2 clowns Rita & Mohns wayyyyyyyyyyy out of town (get Prefontaine to kick them); until this happens, things are going to be very iffy in Argoland IMO; wouldn't be surprised to see those 2 goofs stick and some typical CFL good ole boy to get recycled as HC there; and the usual circus of signing over-rated / washed up ex-all american / NFL cast-offs, along with the continued ignorance in drafting and NI talent as the formula for bringing change there; combined with the same old, tired predictable all-pass offence without a QB (or receivers or O-Line) near up to the task. Who's got the guts or sense to pull the plug on the wannabe twins there? - the ownership group seems as clueless as the football decison makers. Good luck righting the good ship.

No kidding OVDB. Until this ownership crap is dealt with as fans we all sit in major limbo.
