I hate TFC.

I am glad they lost.

In case anyone is wondering, the Concacaf tournament is still on and the Impact are actually sitting in first place during double round robin play with the likes of clubs from Mexico, Honduras and Trinidad & Tobagoo. They have 2 wins and a tie. 3 games to go and top 2 teams advance to next round. All this right in the middle of USL playoffs. They beat the Whitecaps last night in semi-final action 1-0, in a home and home series of total aggregate score. Not bad for a team that started off slow but took off once they made a coaching change. They now play in Vancouver on Sunday needing a tie to advance to the USL final. They also play on Wednesday against the Trinidad & Tobagoo Club called "Joe Public". All of this success should help in their attemp to jump to the MLS.

Impact is going good, despite losing to the Whitecaps in the semi-finals.

The CONCACAF Champions League tourney is great. Nice to see Canadian club teams battle club teams from other countries such as Mexico, Honduras and Trinidad & Tobago.

When was the last time you saw that in the CFL?

Thats a little different when CFL is only played in Canada, and Soccer is played everywhere someone has a ball

Vancouver faces off with Puerto Rico tomorrow in the USL Div 1 final in Vancouver... it's Fox Sports World tomorrow 7ET, 4PT

Montreal has a couple games left in this round of the Champions League, but are pretty much qualified for the next round already, and the that round won't be played until February... it'll be interesting to see where they end up playing then, apparently Olympic Stadium is closed from December through the end of March because of the roof issues with snow.

Oh yeah, and Canada has a couple WCQ, tonight against Honduras and Wednesday in Edmonton against Mexico... they will likely be put out of their misery in one of those two. Those games will be on some of the various Sportsnet channels

Look. We can go round and round about this all the live long day. Let's keep it simple. I embody amazement. Can you dig on that? Good. Then meet me on the corner of rock and roll, and bring a flask of something that burns.
